Obituary for James V. Corrao

James V. Corrao, 54, of Keansburg, passed away on Tuesday, July 16th, at home . He was born in Newark and lived most of his life in Keansburg. James was a self-employed construction worker; he loved fishing, camping and hanging out with his friends. James is survived by his two sons; James Corrao of Leonardo and Paul Petner of Keansburg; two daughters; Danielle Corrao and Tabitha Corrao of Keansburg; and his dog; Tess. Arrangements were under the direction of the Jacqueline M. Ryan Home for Funerals 233 Carr Ave. Keansburg. Cremation will be private.

Jim was the "Big Bear," always available to help a friend. His infectious laugh will be sorely missed. A wonderful builder and very sweet human being. Rest assured he strolled right into Heaven. I am grateful for having known him. My sympathies go out to his family.
